1. Software Developer Role

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years (Freshers not eligible)
Skills Required:

• Proficiency in C, C++, SQL/NoSQL, Java Full Stack
• Strong coding and debugging skills
• Knowledge of software development life cycle

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency applications
• Contribute to all phases of product development life cycle
• Write efficient, testable, and scalable code
• Ensure compliance with design specifications
• Manage software releases and components
• Drive continuous improvement through new technologies and approaches

2. User Experience (UX) Designer Role

Experience Required: 0 to 3 years (Portfolio mandatory)
Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability & accessibility
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design wireframes
• Transform insights into engaging, user-focused designs
• Analyze user feedback to improve product experiences
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects in dynamic environments
• Present design rationale to teams and stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, HCI, or related field
• Certifications, open-source contributions, or innovative project work are a plus
