✅ Communicate with customers to assess risks and prevent fraud
✅ Share insights on fraud trends with analytics & management teams for early fraud detection
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines on KYC and transaction monitoring
✅ Educate customers on potential fraud threats

📈 Process Excellence & Efficiency:

✅ Decision-making on low/medium-risk fraud cases
✅ Ensure adherence to SOPs & customer contact policies
