• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and convert them into data science projects
• Work with multiple partner teams (Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Product, Strategy) to deploy AI/ML solutions
• Communicate insights using reports & visualizations
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling
• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML, introduce off-the-shelf solutions where relevant
• Mentor and provide training on AI/ML to team members and stakeholders
• Ensure data quality & integrity through preprocessing and validation
