Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls and provide first-level resolutions 
Diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed 
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly acknowledging and resolving issues 
Build customer rapport through active listening and attention to detail Address customer objections and ensure smooth resolution 
Document customer interactions and track service issues in the management system 
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends 
Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills
