Eligibility & Education

• Undergraduate degree with 2–5 years of experience, OR
• Postgraduate degree with 0–3 years of experience
• Relevant experience in data operations, analytics, machine learning, or consulting

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python (mandatory)
• Experience with Alteryx, SPSS, Tableau, SQL (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Use advanced analytics, ETL techniques, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to deliver insights
• Contribute to strategy development, capability building, and productized delivery models
• Manage and mentor 1–3 Analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with case teams across industries and geographies on Commercial Excellence projects
• Conduct data processing and statistical analysis with Python, Alteryx, SQL
• Identify and integrate new data sources & methodologies for innovation
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Support cross-team collaboration, research accuracy, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
