🛠 Required Skills:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in social listening, market intelligence, or digital analytics
✔️ Proficiency in Talkwalker or similar tools (Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr)
✔️ Expertise in keyword research, Boolean search queries & data categorization
✔️ Ability to analyze large datasets & generate actionable insights
✔️ Experience in competitive intelligence & consumer insights
✔️ Knowledge of data visualization & dashboard creation
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📌 Social Listening & Market Monitoring
✅ Develop & maintain monitoring agents on Talkwalker to track industry trends, competitors, and brand mentions
✅ Conduct keyword research & refine search queries for better monitoring accuracy
📌 Data Analysis & Reporting
✅ Classify & tag collected data to ensure accurate insights
✅ Analyze trends from Talkwalker and generate intelligence reports
✅ Use data visualization tools to create dashboards & reports
📌 Strategic Insights & Competitive Analysis
✅ Monitor industry trends, consumer sentiment & competitive landscape
✅ Provide strategic recommendations to support business objectives
📌 Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
✅ Work closely with marketing, research, and business intelligence teams
✅ Regularly evaluate monitoring strategies to improve accuracy & efficiency
