📌 Role Overview
As a PMO Analyst, you will partner with Project/Program Managers to ensure successful project delivery under the Project Delivery Framework (PDF). You’ll be involved in project planning, risk tracking, budget management, and generating timely, accurate project reports.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Understand and apply the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- 📁 Set up IT projects with proper repositories and required project artifacts.
- 📊 Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- 🧾 Generate project reports that are timely, complete, and accurate.
- ⚠️ Capture and track project risks and issues based on PM inputs.
- ✅ Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant.
- 🛠️ Use tools like Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Project, ServiceNow, etc.
🧩 Skills Required
- Understanding of PDF methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, MS Project
- Project reporting and assurance skills
