🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and more.
🔹 Work on bug fixes, backport patches, and contribute upstream.
🔹 Collaborate closely with Canonical’s Field, Support, and Engineering teams.
🔹 Participate in open-source communities.
🔹 Review and improve code from fellow engineers.
🔹 Maintain clear and concise technical communication.
🔹 Work remotely and travel internationally (up to 10%) for team meetings, events, and conferences.

This role involves working on Linux-based infrastructure & applications, including:
✔ Bare Metal & Virtualization (KVM)
✔ Containerization (Docker, LXC/LXD)
✔ Storage (Ceph, Linux file systems)
