1️⃣ Business Analyst Support – Last Mile ACES
Preferred Qualification: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environment
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop & maintain metrics, reports, dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy for new & existing resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to automate & enhance processes.
- Learn & adopt new analytical techniques.
- Innovate and propose process improvements.
2️⃣ Program Analyst – LM ACES
Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of basic coding for data extraction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage charters under LM ACES.
- Identify opportunities for defect elimination & process streamlining.
- Support stakeholder teams with automation opportunities.
- Analyze data, generate insights & ensure process optimization.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams.
