About the Role

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s/University Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience & Skills

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of data analysis, policy formulation, and process evaluation.
• Ability to identify data patterns & trends and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with industry practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance.
• Identify trends and patterns to provide insights for business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
• Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities.
• Perform exploratory and confirmatory data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Translate data into customer behavior insights to drive segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build, implement, and optimize decision strategies.
• Continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while safeguarding client and company interests.
