As an Analyst I – HCS-Ops, you will be responsible for conducting compensation surveys to help organizations benchmark salaries and understand market trends.
You will work with corporate data, analyzing salary information, auditing data, querying clients, and generating reports.

✔ Conduct Compensation Surveys: Collect and analyze data to evaluate industry salary trends.
✔ Data Analysis & Quality Auditing: Ensure data accuracy by removing outliers and aligning with market benchmarks.
✔ Project Execution: Work under the supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Manager, ensuring timely delivery & high-quality output.
✔ Client Interaction: Communicate with internal & external clients for clarification and validation.
✔ Process & Technology Enhancements: Support improvements to streamline work efficiency.
✔ Collaboration: Work with peers to understand methodologies & data findings.
