Basic Qualifications:

Job Description & Responsibilities
Amazon is looking for an ML Data Associate (MLDA) to perform foundational labeling tasks such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, video, and image data to enhance AI model performance.
Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines Work with a variety of data types including text, audio, speech, image, and video Deliver high-quality labeled data using in-house tools & software Act as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows Analyze and critically assess data for accuracy & completeness Adapt to various labeling workflows while maintaining precision Identify error patterns & suggest solutions to improve quality Highlight process challenges in SOPs & recommend improvements Take ownership of tasks and ensure process adherence
