• ERP/P2P system knowledge: BAAN / SAP / Oracle

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers
• Resolve pricing and commercial terms with suppliers & buyer groups
• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records
• Generate reports, provide analysis, and share updates with stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & internal teams
• Ensure data accuracy and advise stakeholders on modifications
