- Solution Expert: 1–3 years in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, or app development
- SOC Analyst: Prior SOC/Cybersecurity experience preferred

🛠️ Skills Required
🔹 For Solution Expert:
- Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic programming concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
🔹 For SOC Analyst:
- Proficiency in Windows, OS X, and Linux administration
- Strong skills in basic shell scripting (MUST)
- Knowledge of security tools, log analysis, and incident response
- Ability to handle security incidents independently
- Knowledge of at least one programming language
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Solution Expert:
- Interact with clients via meetings, live chats, and email
- Analyze client requirements & check platform feasibility
- Deliver product demos and create POC apps/prototypes
- Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs
- Configure and customize applications
- Train customers for better product adoption
- Collaborate with support & engineering teams for issue resolution
✅ SOC Analyst:
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity events (24×7 monitoring)
- Report incidents and assist with remediation & mitigation efforts
- Create detailed assessment reports with root cause analysis
- Perform initial triage of events as per playbooks
- Work with senior analysts for escalations & incident investigations
- Continuously improve monitoring processes and identify anomalies
