🎓 Eligibility & Education

• Required Education:
  • B.Tech / Dual Degree (Computer Science as a major) OR MCA
  • Open to graduates from all colleges
  • Preferred: CS/IT background
• Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience as SDE in startups or mid-tier product companies
  • Excellent internship record
  • Experience working on RCAs and solving challenging engineering problems
  • Hands-on experience with Linux (certification is a plus)
  • Open-source contributions / pet projects / GitHub profile preferred

🛠️ Skills Required

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, and database design
• Experience with Java / Spring Boot
• Knowledge of MVC frameworks, client-server architecture, and databases
• Ability to translate product requirements into engineering solutions
• Familiarity with end-to-end deployment cycles
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leads and Product Managers to gather requirements and estimate timelines
• Deliver scalable solutions based on product specs
• Take ownership of features, perform RCAs, and resolve production issues
• Mentor SDE I engineers and guide them on tasks
• Participate in hiring and interviewing processes
• Follow best coding practices throughout development and testing
• Ensure smooth communication within the team and stakeholders
